Power Pete 60 is a 60 minute group class offered throughout each week that emphasizes full body functional training involving both weighted exercise and body weight exercise, as well as core and cardio within its structure. Each class incorporates a movement based warm-up and ends with stretching in order to enhance performance & reduce the risk of injury.
Power Pete 60 is great for people of all fitness and skill levels, just come ready to work hard but more importantly enjoy yourself!
