EBBC is perfect for anyone looking to gain strength, learn technique or push their weight training to the next level. You may expect a 60 minute class dedicated to safety, form and technique while moving HEAVY weight.

Classes are designed for maximum burn in a short period of time. Each class will take you through a mixture of calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to optimize your workout.
Beardstrong Bootcamp will help to push you harder. People of all fitness and skill levels are welcome!
is built on the Onnit philosophy of total human optimization. The training blends several functional and unconventional tools including the sandbag, kettlebell, battle ropes, steel mace, steel club, suspension and bodyweight movements into a unique mix of strength, power, agility and endurance. Classes are challenging, high-paced and combine elements of strength training plyometrics, isometrics, conditioning, balance, and mobility.
