At EDGE, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and missed appointment policy for our recovery services:
Cancellations:
More than 12 hours in advance: You are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your appointment.
Between 12 and 6 hours before the appointment: You are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Within 6 hours of the appointment: No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
Missed Appointments / No-Show Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a no-call/no-show. In this case, your appointment will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged to your account.
All cancellations, rescheduling, and updates must be made via [email/phone/online booking system]. By booking a recovery service with EDGE, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
